By the time of this talk, it will be a year since Alexis' organization started using Scala-CLI as the primary build tool for one of their projects, and so far, the experience has been amazing. With Scala-CLI as a build tool, one can finally have an alternative to many known problems, for example:

1. Slow CI.

2. Hard to understand build definition. 

3. Incompatible plugins.

Still, there are some drawbacks to consider. In this talk, Alexis will dive into his experiences while using Scala-CLI for a year.
